Overview

PeaceDocs (“we,” “us,” “our”) is responsible for deciding how personal information collected through this site is used. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, which service providers receive it, and the choices available to you.

What we collect

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send weekly Christian peace reflections and occasional Prayer Lock launch updates. Your browser sends the subscription directly to Formspark, our form-submission processor, which receives the email address and technical request information needed to process the submission.

We do not sell or rent your email address. We disclose it to Formspark only so that it can process the subscription for us. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

Analytics

PeaceDocs does not currently use an analytics service, behavioral profiling, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy before using the new service.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may process standard request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, and browser user-agent strings. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site rather than for advertising.

Cookies

PeaceDocs does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting or form-processing infrastructure may use technically necessary storage or similar mechanisms to provide and protect their services.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Vercel — hosts and delivers the site and may process request logs for reliability and security.
  • Formspark — receives and processes newsletter form submissions on our behalf.

The Inter font used by PeaceDocs is bundled with and served from the site. A visitor's browser does not contact Google Fonts to load it. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or advertising-related tracking services.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent to send the newsletter. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and troubleshooting the site for essential request logs, while limiting that processing to what is necessary for those purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep your email address while you remain subscribed and as needed to honor unsubscribe or deletion requests. Vercel and Formspark may retain service records and backups according to their own operational and legal requirements. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of the subscriber information we control.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in each email.
  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request data portability, or complain to a local data-protection authority.

Children's privacy

PeaceDocs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
